Frequently Asked Roofing Questions
How do I know if it is time to get a new roof?
In general, the things that will tip you off as to whether or not it is time for a new roof will involve common sense and observation. For example, are your shingles starting to go missing, becoming cracked or curling on the edges? Is the paint starting to blister or peel from too much weather exposure? Other things to look at are decay, the existence of leaks, stains, and high energy bills. All of these are "symptoms" of an outdated roof and a good reason to call the Los Angeles roofing professionals from Delta Roofing!
How much will it cost me to install a new roof?
There is no way to get a blanket answer to this type of question since the price of any roofing project will depend on a lot of factors. For example, what kind of roof you would like, how big the building is, and more. The best way to know for sure is to contact our roofing contractors for a free estimate.
How often should my rain gutters be cleaned?
Clogged up, dirty gutters are not only inconvenient but can be the cause of serious structure damage. Therefore, it is recommended that you have your gutters cleaned at least once in the summer and twice in the fall, for a total of three times annually.
Can I fix my home's roof without installing a new one?
Yes, you can! This is known as overlay roof installation and could be a fantastic option for improving the quality of your roof without having to start from scratch. Overlay roofing works by placing new shingles on top of the existing ones to strengthen the roof. This can be a good option, however, is not for all roofs. Some roofs that are damaged beyond repair (ex: shingles are raised, the roof is sagging, or wood is rotting) will need to be replaced entirely.
What types of residential roofs do you offer?
At Delta Roofing Inc., we can offer our clients a wide variety of roof types from many different materials and styles. For example, we can install roofs of composition shingles, concrete tiles, slate, clay tile, wooden shingles, thermoplastic polyolefin, and more! Do you offer some sort of warranty on your work?
We do! We are so confident in the quality of our work that all of it is warranted for twelve months. It, however, does not end there. In fact, each customer gets a free maintenance callback within that twelve months. Should they decide to re-roof with us within that year, we will offer up to a 50% rebate of the annual maintenance fee that they already paid.
Do you offer financing?
On acceptable credit, our company can arrange financing options.
